Private Pay and Most Insurances Accepted

Counseling by Coryanna, PLLC accepts the plans from the health insurance companies listed below.  If your health insurance company is not listed, that means that Counseling by Coryanna, PLLC and Coryanna Ku, MA, LPC, NCC are out-of-network with your plan.

Sliding Scale

$100-$150
Payment: As part of the intake process, your credit or debit information is requested and securely saved in your HIPAA compliant Client Portal.  Your co-pay, coinsurance, deductible, or private pay is an automatic transaction that occurs after your appointment.

Fee Policy: Counseling by Coryanna, PLLC has a strict policy on late cancellations (appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice) and missed appointments without notification (no-shows).
